Summary: We usually stay in the Old Northeast section of St. Pete and were initially disappointed to not find a property there. This place exceeded all expectations! The bedrooms are large and there are several common areas inside and outside. The property offered plenty of privacy. The owners are exceptionally responsive to questions. We would highly recommend this property.

Summary: We definitely enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. We absolutely loved the pool and there were plenty of seats for the outdoors. I would recommend any future guests to bring bug spray- lots of mosquitoes. The owner was very responsive to any messages we had.

Summary: My family and I stayed at this property for over a week, and it was truly a serene place. The yard is fenced in and feels like a sanctuary with the calming waterfall into the pool and the shade of trees over the patio making for a comfortable repose at all hours. My kids enjoyed the home and the pool, and there was ample space for everyone to have privacy when they wanted and get together for board games and watching movies together. The location is excellent as it is a short drive to many local restaurants and either the bay side or the Gulf side of town. The house was clean and comfortable. All of the beds were comfortable. Amenities were easy to use. If you have a family like ours where everyone needs their own space to relax, then this is an excellent choice. The property manager/owner was pleasant and helpful. I would gladly stay here again the next time we are in town.
