Summary: Everything was as described. Location was close to all golf courses we played and to main strip in town. Quiet neighborhood. Well worth the cost and my friends all enjoyed it.

Summary: Gorgeous property on a quiet road. Easy to access. 5 min from downtown truckee. Sleeps 8 adults comfortably. Great amenities. Only complaint, and it was more amusing than annoying, was that for a house that sleeps 8-12 people, the only functioning coffee maker was tiny and would only make two cups at a time.

Summary: The house was perfect for our needs for our long weekend getaway. Location was great, bedrooms were nice and clean and it had good amenities like hottub, barbecue grill, etc. Kitchen was well stocked which was nice as we cooked in all 3 nights. Would stay here again.

Summary: Great house with plenty of space for our group of 10 adults. House was clean and nice provision of some essential items making our late arrival that bit more comfortable.Couple of minor issues, with heating system giving inconsistent heat delivery through various air ducts in the house. Hot tub lid frame broken on arrival but lid easy to remove manually. Neither detracted from a great place to start close to Truckee and all the north shore ski resorts.

Summary: The home is great, nicely furnished and good location. We did have a few issues. The home was really cold when we arrived and it took more than a day to warm up. I assume the furnace filters needs to be serviced. We closed vents in areas we were not using to try and warm it up. There were only a couple garbage bags, not a roll. The Bear trash container was full when we arrived so we put our rubbish in the garage, there was no firewood in the garage as promised. Overall it is a really nice home,

Summary: Overall, the home was a great place for a large group to stay. The very top beds, located at the highest point in the home, were unbearably hot at night. There isn't much the homeowners can do about this, but it is worth noting. The house had everything we needed to be comfortbale. A few amenities were not as stocked as we thought they would be, but nothing that couldn't be fixed by a single trip to a nearby grocery store. The location is awesome for this home. It was beautiful for the summer. I imagine the winter is just as nice there. In summary, it was a good place for a family to stay and we were taken care of by the homeowners to our expectations. The home is worth reserving if given the chance!
