Positive: The location was perfect for us bringing our boat. The place was decorated really nicely. Plenty of room.

Negative: We knew that looking at the reviews that there was a smell in the home. Well there is a smell for sure. Sometimes really strong. Mildew/urine. Went out and bought candles and sprays but it really didn’t help much. Not sure how they can fix it. I think it’s in the wood frame and the wood floors. It did not stop us from liking this place. If it wasn’t for the smell this would be one of my favorite places to stay.

Summary: Had a wonderful time !! Place is beautiful and in a great location. We will come back.

Positive: It was very quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed the screen porch. Everything we needed was provided.

Negative: Couldn’t understand the TV. We were not familiar with streaming.

Negative: Bathroom shower drains were clogged and water was slow to drain. Dryer vent was broken. Cleaning fee of $275 for a 2 night stay...
