Summary: My husband and I were relocated dut to an issue with the cabin we originally rented, the vacasa team was wonderful in assisting us to this GORGEOUS cabin. It's is a perfect peaceful retreat up on the mountains, just secluded enough, bit not too far to get food and entertainment. This cabin was spotlessly clean and ready for us. The hot tub with screened in porch was perfect to watch wildlife in the backyard while having a warm soak. I would give this cabin 5 stars and we rent cabin twice a year with vacasa. We loved it so much we rented it again for April. Thank you Vacasa team and the homeowner for giving a tired nurse a wonderful vacation 😊

Summary: Property was clean and well kept. We did have an issue with the hot water not working on our second day. This was quickly resolved however and the tech that came out (I believe his name was Cody) was great! He refused to leave the property until he was certain the problem was fixed. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: The location was close to both downtown Gatlinburg and pigeon forge. Pool was great and the quiet nights on the porch made everything worth it.

Summary: We went for my sons birthday it was a really nice area and not far from anything the only problem was we had mold in the shower and I saw a dead bug in the picture
