Summary: We stayed in this condo for the weekend of a family wedding. The property has been remodeled and is beautiful. Location to everything in Marshall is perfect. I would highly recommend this location.

Summary: I am a travel nurse and absolutely loved my stay in the very stylish newly renovated downtown apartment with windows overlooking Main Street. Walking distance to everything, including the hospital. Convenience right above their coffee shop, Serendipity and the Brew. Marshall is such a quaint little town with so much history. The bed and linens were so comfortable. Plush towels!! Jenilee, the host was so accommodating and considerate of my schedule and changes I had to make. Thanks for a wonderful stay!! Highly recommend!!

Summary: First time we have stayed downtown when we visited Marshall. The Avenue is super convenient. Walk across the street to Kate's Diner for breakfast or walk down to Louie's Bakery for Nut Rolls. Forgot to pack a toiletry item, just walk down to Hemmingsen Drug Store. The Avenue is just like the pictures and has everything you would need for either a short or long stay. Highly recommend.
