Summary: Staff is friendly, clean place but room was cramped. If you arrive by car they have private underground parking for 12 euros/day but you can also park for free around the neighbourhood. Hotel is around 10 minutes walk from the town center.

Summary: Breakfast menu was limited but fresh. Our room was very very small, found it difficult to use and there were no power points or USB ports. They definitely need to i.prove but for the money I paid in comparison to all other extremely costly place, I am still giving high ratings.

Summary: Comfortable beds, kids had single beds which is always better than a sofa bed. Lovely lady on reception had limited English as is my Spanish; but we made it work. Unfortunately ended on a slightly bad note as water was turned off from 9:30am meaning we couldn’t fully get ready before checking out. Not modified of the water being turned off for building works until we asked about lack of water.!

Summary: The Hotel is in the outskirts of Madrid which for me was great since I needed to drive to the airport the next day and I avoided all the traffic of the city
