Positive: It is located close to the Museums One may see the Touristic point of view and how the local’s live. It is totally a safe place also if it doesn’t make such an impression

Negative: The old Neighborhood is partly under construction and close to a local Folklore Festival place, which may be for others loud!

Positive: Good location. The room was clean but old (but that's ok considering the price). The fridge was broken. In the booking it was mentioned that there would be a kettle or coffee maker but it wasn't in the room and we were not able to get another option from the staff. The terrace however was not clean at all and all the tables and chairs were half broken. We were a bit cold at first and got a second blanket easily. The WiFi was working perfectly. No soundproofing at all.

Positive: Every time I come to Urfa, I stay in the same Konak. The mansion is clean, there are sparrow nests in the middle of it. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and the owner is nice and helpful. Close to the center, within walking distance to Balıklıgöl

Positive: Good location for the museum and other sites we came to see, not so great if you want to be close to shops etc. Good shaded terrace for sitting outside.

Negative: Poor lighting, e.g. you can't read in bed. Room a bit cramped.

Positive: The location is good and the place itself would be very beatiful if better maitained. Staff tried to help us with everything disregarding language barrier

Negative: If it was summertime, it wouldn’t be so bad, just i would get what paid for. But for winter it just doesen’t work. There was a huge gap between floor and the bottom of the door. Door itself had several holes which were just filled with paper and also several cracks in the door frames, so even disregarding working heating, room just didn’t warm up. Staff provided us with additional heater and we covered doors with blanket. Shower needs to be fixed and we had to wait for water to warm up, but on the last morning it never did.

Summary: Ok place for budget stay in summer, not for winter
