Positive: Friendly, most helpful owner and staff made our stay extra special. We enjoyed a spacious room in a historic building, just steps from the old town. It was very quiet at night and the air-conditioning kept the room cool for a good night's sleep.

Negative: Lights in the room were dim, and our windows were small, so it was difficult to see in bathroom and dressing area. Also the WiFi was not the strongest. However, no strong negatives - we would definitely stay again.

Positive: The location was excellent, everything you need to see in the city is all within walking distance. Parking was provided if required. The room was comfortable, all toiletries and amenities provided. We stayed there for two nights and towels were changed on each night. Barış was very attentive and paid attention to all detail. From pre arrival communication, during our stay and even when have checked out and left. Excellent service and communication. Breakfast was very good with a good selection; they also accommodated request. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would highly recommend it if you are visiting Şanlıurfa.

Negative: The curtains did not shut fully or properly, so sunlight will enter the room early in the morning. This is nitpicking, I would stay here again.

They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The rooms were beautiful, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, blending traditional charm with modern comfort. The breakfast was excellent, offering a generous variety of fresh and local options. The hotel's location also makes it easy to explore the rich history and culture of Şanlıurfa. Overall, Kaliruha Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area, and we look forward to staying here again.

Positive: Theold mansion is very iddlylic and cosy. It is well renovated. Quiet, no unexpected "sıra gecesi" as mentioned in some other hotels. Barış is managing the hotel perfectly. With the overall staff, they are addressing needs of the guests. In Urfa, taxi is not the easiest to find. Thanks to Barış, that he arranges all. Indeed, if you are firthe location is perfect to reach anywhere on foot, furthest attraction, the museum will be 30mins. Downside: it is in the back streets of the old city, which is currently being gentrified for tourism. After it is dark, instead of walking through those tiny streets, taxi is advised. No other taxi then Baris organizes, agrees to go into those streets, which leaves you with the last 300m.

Positive: Kaliruha Hotel is an exceptional representation of this great city’s hospitality. The stuff is kind and attentive, rooms are meticulously cleaned and the breakfast is delicious. Plus, all happens in an old town mansion, a patio that offers ages of tranquility. It’s very close to almost everything you need to see in the town, even discovering the surrounding streets in the old town is a joy by itself. Definitely recommended.
