Positive: Overall, an excellent stay with fast responses from the host and a very clean and comfortable house.

Negative: The pillows on the beds weren't very comfortable or supportive. Better pillows or a second set of pillows would have been perfect.

Summary: A wonderful stay and excellent host. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Positive: Spacious clean and quiet. Lovely walking train from out the back, kids enjoyed spotting kangaroos. The fireplace was nice and made it warm and cosy.

Positive: This hidden gem provides the perfect balance of comfort & ease. We had absolutely everything we needed for our weekend away. The place was extremely clean, kitchen well appointed, comfortable beds with electric blankets, the fireplace was an absolute bonus & made the weekend extra special. Not to mention, the communication with Jeanna was wonderful!

Positive: This is a great property, described perfectly by the host, who communicated very well throughout our stay. The fireplace was a winner during the cold Victorian winter! The electric blankets and down doonas were perfect! The kitchen was stocked better than any other place I stayed in as were all the bathrooms. The internet was perfect. The property is large with lots of fire wood to keep us warm.

Positive: The host was very accommodating and ensured we were enjoying our stay. The house has several internal and external zones a larger party can either gather together or do separate activities.

Negative: We were looking for a few specific cooking utensils, i.e. a tea strainer, sandwich press, a wok, but understand that not all of such kitchen items are to be provided at all rental properties. We worked around it without disappointment.

Summary: It was a quite and relaxing stay away from the busy Daylesford and just right for us.

Positive: The location was excellent. It was very quiet, private and peaceful, easy to access and only a couple of minutes to Daylesford and a short walk to Hepburn shops. It provided a great base for us to visit nearby towns and explore the area. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and had been nicely renovated. Everything had been thought of from the well equipped kitchen to the ample bed linen and towels.
