Positive: The hotel was beautiful. Very clean, rooms were massive. Staff were so friendly. It was so close to han river for walks and runs. The views were gorgeous

Negative: Had to pay extra for a private bathroom Had to pay extra to use the gym. It was situated quite far from restaurants and cafes etc.

Positive: First of all, I really like everybody work there.They're really nice to me... When I asked them to call the taxi for me, they call the taxi for me from their own phone... Plus breakfast buffet was wonderful.I really like it only $20. I really liked it And definitely you gotta try the spa, I went to female spa, scrub the body and massage.. Korean style body scrub was the best kind, Wonderful experience.

Negative: Hmmm.... not much to say... It was all good..

Negative: I did not get a room with Han river view because I wanted bathtub with luxury deluxe room 🙄

Positive: Spacious and clean room with great street view. Very clean bathroom and excellent housekeeping services. Nice people at front desk. Wonderful buffet restaurant with huge variety and delicious food. Good coffee in the cafe. Nice amenities.

Negative: Front entrance has very dangerous alleyway and lots of obstacles if you want to walk even the smallest distance. Feels very unsafe, and is magnified by construction surrounding the property. Property is dated, so old school classy but not modern or sleek.

Summary: Clean and restful stay in a good location.

Negative: The facilities are very old. It took me 20 minutes to figure out how to turn on the lights. They don't offer a microwave. I have to ask the coffee shop to help me heat it.
