Positive: Nice room and attentive staff. I thank the manager who kindly upgraded us to a sea view bungalow

Negative: No paradisiacal beach as in the photos. There is a wall in front of all the houses and the pool (see pictures attached Room: Every day we had to ask for either water, towels or herbal teas because it was not systematically returned to the room Pool very noisy against a parking Normally it is reserved for hotel guests but a lot of people from outside come. We have reported this several times to the security person

Summary: If you want to be in a quiet place , Forget it.

Positive: The property is in repair phase from the recent storm but also a lot of construction on the property and around so it is a bit of a building site

Negative: The building site element and the suites we were in were a long walk from the one restaurant etc. restaurant menu is the same for lunch and dinner and doesn’t change

Summary: Really nice place, a lot of storm damage and a lot of construction going on

Positive: Staff were helpful and went out of their way to carry bags and offer physical assistance.

Negative: The staff at check-in should have told us that our room included breakfast. Additionally, we should have been told where the restaurant was. We should have been told what time check-out was. I didn't like the rug in the bathroom that felt dirty and that needed a vacuum, not just a sweep and dust out. Its just not great to have a rug in the bathroom. Coffee didn't get refilled for the next morning. When I phoned reception at 7am to ask for coffee, nobody answered the phone. I walked to reception and nobody was there to help. A cleaner helped me eventually and I could not ask about breakfast, or check-out time, as nobody was there.

Summary: Probably not worth the money, however, this is by far the best upmarket hotel in the area.
