Summary: We made reservations for 2 rooms to be next to each other with connecting door as we were with 4 children and told them ahead of time but when we arrived they could not open connecting door until next day which was upsetting. Rooms are outdated. Property is beautiful and in very lively part of town. You can walk to restaurants and clubs.

Summary: Firstly, I was upgraded to a larger room with was so kind of them! The room was cosy, very spacious, and most importantly clean. I hate bugs lol and this had very minimal bugs. Breakfast was good, they have chefs making you fresh items such as eggs. This is also the only place I’ve been able to have sausages as they did chicken ones - thank you. Nice juices on offer and a wide selection of pastries, fruit, etc. Staff are friendly and attentive. Water was hot all days I stayed other than the last morning. The only downside is that the hotel is a lot better than the photos used on the website. They are definitely underselling themselves. There is a gym, a tennis and paddle court, a little playground for the kids, and the beach is fab. I’d recommend Senegambia hotel and the onsite beauty salon is affordable too. I had a full body massage there which was great and had my pedicure and gel nails done too! The location is good, you’re right on the strip (sometimes can be noisy but not that deep) loads of good restaurants around (I’d recommend Reos or Sallys 24 for good Gambian food, 3Chicks for British food or Casa Afriq for a nicer dining experience) Tropic mall isn’t too far and there are local cash points around too. Download the 1Bena app for cabs. All in all, I enjoyed my stay. Thank you for making my 30th a great one!

Summary: The hotel is in a bustling tourist area but not as noisy as I feared. Easy to get around. Taxis are cheap. Lots of restaurants and cafes immediately outside. Very good breakfast selection. Helpful staff. Very clean room and clean around the hotel and grounds.

Summary: Second time staying here and it was just as good as the first. The service is impeccable and they really take care of their guests and the property. The tiniest bug was that last time I rented an apartment that included a kettle for heating water. This time there wasn't one in the room as they're only in the apartments and not the other rooms. The staff found one for me so no issue at all really, just to let you know if it matters.

Summary: Property was peaceful, staff excellent. A very good taxi service offered via the taxi controller at the hotel entrance. Bad points were: lack of plug points in rooms which were badly appointed. Very old fashioned and would not meet the 3 star standard given in the UK.

Summary: Nice hotel with beautiful gardens ,plentiful birds , nice swimming pools . The location is great . Very comfortable apartment , good bed for a good night sleep and to seat at the balcony enjoying nature, always very well cleaned by very polite and nice staff. Breakfast good with plenty of choices . The hotel staff is so nice and friendly , you really feel welcomed here. It was a pleasure to spent 11 nights here will definitely come back. I want to thank specially Mr. Abdulah ,Miss Mariah and her team at the reception.Thank you :)
