Summary: The staff was so friendly and helpful! The room was clean and comfy, breakfast was yummy, and the illumination at night was so pretty. Also, we got real keys- it’s been a long time since I’ve had an actual key so that was fun!! Most of the staff I spoke to spoke limited English, and I speak just a little Japanese so, just be ready to use your Japanese skills! :)

Summary: I enjoy staying here and we have stayed here many times but it has changed in the last couple of years. Before they would say welcome back and now they treat me like Im new to their property every time. Also they act nervous with people appearing to be foreign where before their staff was comfortable and welcoming to everyone.

Summary: Dinner in teppanyaki was fantastic! The chef was very accommodating with our food restrictions and put a lot of effort and care into the food. Highly recommend! The restaurant hostess at breakfast was also very attentive to our needs. Unfortunately the reception staff were not as hospitable as they refused to let me attend the yoga workshop as we arrived at midnight and they needed confirmation by 6pm. In addition, they didn’t offer to help us with the luggage when we arrived after a 16-hour journey.
