Summary: The rooms were wonderful and clean. Breakfast was delicious. The staff is very polite and pays attention to every little detail. And the shuttle service makes the hotel very accessible.

Summary: I paid 5000 yen to upgrade to a clean room and it was facing to the garden, dinner in the hotel was nice and it was adjacent to a shopping no mall and outlet mall which were very convenient.

Summary: This hotel is gorgeous. Bathroom was not as nice as other hotels around Japan but I def would stay here again. We knew nothing of Sendai but wanted to stop and check it out on our way up to Hokkaido and Sapporo.

Summary: The staff was so friendly and helpful! The room was clean and comfy, breakfast was yummy, and the illumination at night was so pretty. Also, we got real keys- it’s been a long time since I’ve had an actual key so that was fun!! Most of the staff I spoke to spoke limited English, and I speak just a little Japanese so, just be ready to use your Japanese skills! :)
