Summary: The hotel is beautiful but the bed was very hard and there was a machine in the room that was very loud during the night! We thought it was the fan for the AC/ Heat until we got up in the morning and realized it was something else. Maybe a dehumidifier or air cleaner of some kind. Also even with a map with room numbers, it was confusing to get around the building. We didn’t have time to check out the spa but it looked very nice!

Summary: The room was nice and clean, for the most part. The bedroom was clean, the bathroom not so much. The spa was great. Nice indoor pool and hot tub, but crowded with people. The area is nothing to look at- highway-ish road with lots of strip malls. I like the fact that there is no daily housekeeping service and you don't have to worry about strangers in your room. There was painting and scraping in the hall for a couple mornings and that was too noisy.

Summary: The staff at this hotel are genuine and welcoming. The room was comfortable and just what I needed to relax after a few stressful days. I enjoyed swimming some laps in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. My 9 year-old-niece was with me so I didn't get to experience the spa the way I would have liked. If I ever make it up to Maine again, I will make it a point to stop here again. But perhaps with my boyfriend.

Summary: Outdated rooms. Unfriendly staff at both check in and the lounge. Pool, steam room and spa closed for that week, which should have been mentioned at booking in a message from the hotel and was the only reason I booked there.
