Summary: Eco conscious hotel. Overall hotel was very nice. Breakfast was limited for vegetarians. Excellent view of the river. Highlight was having breakfast with nature in direct view, such as toucans, deers, iguanas etc having breakfast same time.

Summary: OMG we loved this place. Best part of out 10 day trip that included Arenal and Manuel Antonio. Great early birding tour, and saw tanagers and kingbirds from our balcony. The cabins and walkways are of beautiful wood, nestled in trees and flowers.

Summary: Lovely rooms set on raised platforms in the forest, verandas all around for watching the birds. Guided walks all around the forested property. Dinner was an ample buffet as was breakfast. Lovely stream rushing past our rooms. Idyllic.

Summary: Large property - suffered from recent flooding when I was there. Saw a lot of interesting birds and other wild life on the property. The rooms were large - but the space was not well utilized. I had the impression that there was a lot of deferred maintenance that was overdue. Nonetheless, it was comfortable. The food was OK.

Summary: Beautiful eco resort by the river. We went to sleep listening to the river and saw a great many bird watchers and photographers on the site. Two very different restaurants and a nice pool. The howler monkeys put on a great show by the pool.

Summary: Amazing place to stay for seeing birds and wildlife. I’d highly recommend the guided nature walk or guided bird watching. The rooms and grounds are beautifully kept, as well.
