Close to the historic market town of Horsham, with two cinemas, a theatre, a myriad of bars, cafes and restaurants, pretty, traditional market square with cobbled streets and frequent free street entertainment and musical performances in the bandstand. Summary: Wonderful property with lovely comfortable accommodation. Very clean with attention to detail. Host had placed small bouquets of sweetpeas in some rooms. Nice inviting touch. Emma was very friendly and engaging.

Summary: We loved our stay in Emma’s beautiful cottage. It was perfect out in the countryside but a short drive to Horsham. We visited Royal Horticultural Gardens at Wisley and had a wonderful day there. We enjoyed our visits to the local pubs and restaurants in nearby villages. We’ll definitely be back to stay there again next time we’re in England.

Other than for a short break away, it is convenient for anyone attending to business in Horsham town centre wanting a quiet retreat at the end of the day.

Summary: A wonderfully relaxing place to be. The accommodation is comfortable, clean, and very well-maintained, with plenty of space and views of the large garden from every window. A very conscientious host makes sure your stay is as enjoyable as it can be. The location is good for both countryside lovers and those who like a short drive into town. Highly recommended.

Summary: The property itself is beautifully decorated and adorned throughout. A very welcoming and well thought out space to stay. Set in a very large, delightful garden of flowers, shrubs and fruit trees, the overall ambiance is very pleasing. The resident hens and dog also play their part and the Owner makes you feel immediately at home. - I would highly recommend a visit.
