Summary: Stunning, beautiful converted church. The atmosphere was unique, and gorgeous. The beautiful stained glass windows and high ceilings were beautiful. It was loveky and clean.The location was terrific- a short stroll into town.

Summary: Everything as described. Amazing history with this property that oozes charm. Only negative is the noisy road that may bother light sleepers, but I got used to it after the second night.

Summary: The church was ideal for me as a base to explore Mudgee and the surrounding region. It was close to the walking trail along the creek and just a short walk from town. With its completely open space and stained glass windows, it was lovely to come back to after a day of bushwalking or scenic driving. It was a coincidence that I had almost certainly seen the church in its former location in Blackville. So there was an added connection. It is on a major road into and out of town which may bother some but was not a problem for me. I had a real holiday here.
