Summary: We loved the house and the owner of the house was very friendly and helpful. It is a good starting point for hiking tours. There are numerous wonderful seas in the area. We would like to come again.

Summary: We very much enjoyed our stay, felt very comfortable in the house and especially enjoyed the big terrace outside. It is a very quiet and relaxing environment. The owner, Francisco, is a very sympathetic man who gave us great tips for trips and restaurants. The area provides very nice and partly challenging hikes. All in all, totally recommendable.

Summary: We had a nice week in a pleasant house in a peaceful environment. The house was clean and equipped with all amenities. The best part was the terrace with beautiful mountain views. Even the street lights don't disturb you in the evenings. From the house you can easily reach the main road, from where you can explore the surroundings. Thank you, great vacation!

Summary: Very nice cabin with all the amenities you need, a quiet location with a beautiful view into the mountains, and friendly hosts who welcomed us with a few excellent local beers and surprised us with vegetables and fruits from their garden. We had a great stay, enjoyed hiking in the region and sitting on the porch afterwards.

Summary: Francisco and his son Miguel are the perfect hosts. They are readily available if you need help, but allow you total privacy if not. They have created a beautiful holiday home high up in the Spanish Pyrenees, which makes the perfect base from which to explore the region. We think this area offers some of the most beautiful mountain walking we have ever seen, high peaks, glacial valleys, birds of prey, incredible flora and fauna. It would be impossible to overstate how magical the area is, or how perfect Badain is as a place from which to set out for a days walking. A truly special place….

Summary: The highlight of this property is the quiet location surrounded by a dramatic and beautiful scenery. There are trekking options starting directly at the property and countless more in short drive distances. A true paradise to observe large birds. In addition, the property itself is build and decorated with great care, fitted with far more than the basics for a household. The hosts are very knowledgeable of the area and very helpful with tips and recommendations. They made us feel very welcome. We had a very enjoyable and unforgettable holiday.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed a week here with two adults and two children. The owner and his son made us very welcome, and were always available to ask questions in person or by SMS/mail. The cottage is very clean and well equipped with a lovely terrace that has a great view to the hillsides. The location is on a one way narrow road winding up from the valley only about 10 minutes walk down to Lafortunada where there is a small grocery. It's very quiet with almost no passing traffic. Parking is in a garage that is a little awkward to use. We went for several hikes locally in beautiful scenery.
