The Basque Country is small, green, very mountainous and very well communicated. The privileged location of the hamlet makes possible to get to know almost any place in the Basque Country with short car trips , which allows full day tours through the Basque cost up to Bayonne and magnificent inland villages, Taking as starting point Ulle Gorri, with its magnificent spot and landscapes that will make your stay a moment to remember.
The house has been restored recovering old original materials, giving the house a unique personality that enamored those who visit us.
It has a spacious living room with fireplace, a beautiful kitchen and 5 double bedrooms with 4 bathrooms distributed over two floors. On the lower floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an integrated bathroom and on the upper floor there is a suite with a double bed, a bathroom and a small hall, a bedroom with two single beds with bathroom and two double rooms with two single beds sharing the biggest bathroom.
Both the interior of the house and the outdoor area with a fruit orchard and flower garden, is equipped to allow a rest to our mind and body and to be able to enjoy what surrounds us without stress: mini chain of music, with a selection of CDs, books, magazines, maps and tourist information of the area.
Art has also a special place in the hamlet. It´s walls show a piece of art with a puzzle with 5 pieces from the Gernika exhibition from MH Art Gallery of Bilbao

There is also an outdoor parking area with capacity for 5 vehicles.
We are very sorry, but the farm could not be adapted for persons with reduced mobility . Hopefully we could be able tobliuld another studio adapted.
Ulle Gorri is conveniently located less than 20 minutes from Vitoria, 40 minutes from Bilbao and less than an hour and a half from Donosti (San Sebastián) or Pamplona and with easy access just 10 minutes from the motorway exit.

Summary: Our group consisting of 6 people stayed at Ulle Gorri at the end of September. The place is ideal to explore Basque country, we’ve made daily trips to Bilbao, St Sebastian, Guernica, Gaztelugatxe, Getaria, Vitoria Gasteiz etc. The house and surroundings is mesmerizing, with its calm and beauty. The owner of the house Ana was very helpful and friendly, introduced the house and the surroundings in detail, answered all of our questions. Ulle Gorri is a sustainable and environmentally friendly house, owners sincerely apply recycling principles, and motivate their visitors to do so. It was a unique experince to stay at Ulle Gorri and to meet them.

Summary: We are a group of 6 adults that stayed for a week at Ulle Gorri. In addition to the accommodations we ordered vegan breakfast and dinner for two days and went out on walks and guided tours provided by the owners. The overall experience was perfect, just what we were looking for. The owners are very warm and hospitable and went out of their way to help us and did everything they could to make our stay an enjoyable one.
