Negative: Needed a receipt for my stay but when I was checking out at 4:00 AM for a 9 hour drive home the person I got on the phone (sign at front desk said to call) said she would call me to make sure she had my email. She took my room number. I never got the call or the receipt. The sign asking folks to call was up most of the time during my 2 days at the location.
