Positive: I liked the location

Negative: I experienced significant disruptions throughout the night due to excessive noise. Specifically, a couple in the room next to mine was fighting from 2:00 AM until 7:00 AM, which made it impossible for me to sleep. Additionally, I found the parking situation to be very inconvenient. The car park options were limited, and I was forced to park on the street because the hotel closed the garage door after 10:00 PM.

Summary: very good experience. I particularly wanted to mention that the staff were amazing and very helpful

Positive: Lovely decor and beds were comfortable. Some tweaks needed as it’s new and little things exist (shower door doesn’t close completely, more hooks, no safes). Staff friendly. Needs to provide a dining option as it’s in a location that is isolated.

Positive: We attempted to contact the hotel staff to fix the AC and give us more pillows for our room and no one helped at the time.

Negative: The hallway noise echos throughout the whole hallway. You can hear everything anyone says from you room. Terribly annoying.

Positive: Warm and welcoming staff, gorgeous lobby with beautiful unique art work and furniture. Great bar and coffee shop. Comfy beds, fantastic shower high ceiling and probably the quietest hotel room I have ever experienced.

Negative: Malfunctioning ice machine on each floor.

Positive: This place was a Godsend after a horrid Airbnb experience that left me searching for accommodations at 3am. It’s clean, quiet and close to the action. The rooms have great lighting and spot in this establishment is selfie worthy. Full coffee and liquor bar. Get the egg salad! This place is clean and chic with great coffee and better staff. This is my go to spot now when I’m in the city.

Positive: Everything was wonderful. Very clean and modern and the room was amazing and very spacious! Front desk ladies were very pleasant and helpful.

Negative: No restaurant but it's a new hotel still not totally finished yet.
