Positive: The apartment is nice and practical. The AC and wifi worked great. The beds were a good size and comfortable. The rustic decor was charming. It's very close to the airport and a supermarket is within walking distance. The complimentary water was welcomed before we went out to purchase

Negative: I did not receive check in information before arriving and had to call for it Messages thereafter went unanswered and the owner did not contact with client to find out how the stay was going. There were several strands of hair in the bathroom area and the bathroom mat was not clean. This is beyond owner control but there was dog poop on the grass right in front the unit

Summary: My stay was overall good and the apartment was comfortable after being out for the day

Positive: Close to airport and eastern PR towns. Clean, good shower, beds were good. Off-street parking was perfect. All windows are frosted for privacy. Pics were accurate.

Positive: The overall cleanliness, the multiple bedrooms (3 in total) which can easily host a group of friends and 2 available bathrooms, the decor, the water bottles, the AC, very comfortable king-sized bed, the host’s quick response to our late-night message to book the venue, the little booklet on the kitchen counter describing the available activities and places to visit in Puerto Rico

Positive: The bed was very confortable, the room had a good space, TV, kitchen and a refrigerator with two bottles of water as complimentary. The shower has a good temperature and good volume of water. Towels, shampoo and soap are available. The location is good for the ones who intend to use the airport in occasions that demands you to be very early there. There are restaurants, bakeries and a supermarket in a walkable distance, but there is any tourist attractions in that neibourhood, the beaches and the main San Juan neibourhood's are far. It is a strategical spot for you to stay close to the airport.

Negative: The check in process was not easy, I only had the information to access the unit less than 2 hours before the official check in time, so I had to spend money for another place to leave my luggages in San Juan Viejo until the proprietor answers me on WhatsApp. Other point we didn't like was that the unit shares space with a laundry and this space was very disorganized and it had a bad smell. The apartament itself, although it was clean, it had a smell of cigarrete inside it.
