Positive: I liked the quietness of the surroundings

Negative: We were unable to get in touch with the hosts on arrival. There were also a lot of personal items in the property belonging to others and out of date coffee etc in the cupboards and lots of cobwebs, particularly on the back of the bathroom door

Positive: The location was great very quiet. Host was lovely.

Negative: It is a little small for an extended stay but for a couple of days it was perfect. Everything you could think of in the kitchen. Nice to walk the lanes. Great to run as the canal path is just over a mile away. Little hidden garden was a gem for reading.

Positive: It was in lovely quiet area. You wouldn't even realise the A59 goes syraight past the property. Its so quiet. Train station is about a 20 minute walk from the property. The owners were very nice & a warm welcome. Probably will book there again for a nice short weekend break.

Negative: It is quite far outside Liverpool so you need to use public transport if you don't fancy driving.
