Positive: Well presented and morden property.

Negative: No frequent Public transport available specially Saturday and Sunday. 5 km far from the Interlaken. Not suitable if you do not have a car.

Summary: Very good property for peaceful holiday but not that great if you don’t have a car. Also there is no lift so very diffic

Positive: The location is great, we really enjoyed having access to the private beach and the lake is wonderful. The kids enjoyed the pool. The apartment itself is very nice and clean. The terrace is also nice - with a little bit of a lake view.

Negative: - The discription on booking.com says the apartment has a washing machine in the kitchen. This is not true and therefore misleading, and discription should be changed. There is access to a communal laundry room outside the building which is not at all as convenient (we were out on a longer trip and booked this apartment mainly beacuse it had a washing machine so found this shared laundry room very disappoiting). - the kitchen has an oven, but not a single oven tray or oven dish. Therefore difficult to heat anything in the oven. - The frying pans (teflon) are extremely damaged and need to be replaced to be safe to use. - The train that goes just outside the building means it is difficult to sleep with the windows open (we heard trains around midnight, another review said they stop and 22 but does not seem to be the case anymore) so it gets hot at night even with the fans.

Positive: Excellent for train enthusiasts - right by the tracks! Clean, modern, well equipped, good base to get to other attractions in the area (if you have a car). Hosts gave clear instructions. View of the lake from the complex’s beach is great. Shared laundry facilities, though not straightforward operate, were great.

Negative: The property is an apartment in a complex that feels a bit run-down, and is right on the train tracks. Be prepared to walk with your luggage and carry it upstairs, as the parking is a walk from the entrance, and there is no elevator. While the apartment is fairly well sound-proofed when windows are closed, trains may wake up light sleepers in the mornings and ran almost until midnight. These things are not highlighted in the property photos.

Positive: Location is excellent.

Negative: There is no microwave but a big oven. Travelling with kids without a microwave is a bit challenging. The sofa bed in the sitting room needs to be replaced. It squeaks with every single movement.

Positive: The apartment was nice and comfortable. Lots of space .

Negative: Hearing the loud train right outside the window every few minutes. It was easy to take a bus, but still not convenient if you had a few things planned in town and wished to stop at your room between.
