This beautiful apartment on the 1st Upper floor with balcony for up to four people (+ baby) with an attractive equipment. It corresponds to modern standards and offers you a living room with a built-in kitchen integrated into the living room and a separate dining area. Summary: Liebe Familie Krebs, wir haben in Ihrer Wohnung im Juli diesen Jahres eine entspannte Zeit genießen dürfen. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön, fast perfekt für 4 Personen. Ich hoffe, Sie nehmen es mir nicht übel, wenn ich noch ein paar Vorschläge zur Optimierung mache: - im Küchenbereich fehlt unseres Erachtens - z.B. zwischen dem Ende der Küchenzeile und der sehr komfortablen Couch - ein Möbel, in dem man Vorräte (z.B. Flaschen, nicht zu kühlende Vorräte etc.) lagern kann. Wir hatten diese Vorräte auf dem Fußboden in Klappkisten, das war "ok", aber so richtig "schön" war es nicht. - es wäre auch schön, wenn Sie vielleicht im Bereich des Ess-Wohnbereiches noch eine weitere Staumöglichkeit (z.B. eine Kommode) aufstellen könnten. Wir waren zu viert in Ihrer Wohnung und haben - neben unserer Bekleidung, die in den Kleiderschränken der Schlafzimmer Platz fand - über dies noch Dinge wie Bücher, Spiele usw. dabei gehabt, die wir nirgendwo verstauen konnten. - auch im Bad wäre ein kleines, zusätzliches Regal, z.Bsp. über der Toilette, eine Hilfe, die Toiletten- und Kosmetik-Artikel einer 4-köpfigen Familie (alles Erwachsene) abzustellen. In der Hoffnung, dass Sie unsere Vorschläge nicht als negative Kritik sehen, sondern als Anregungen von zufriedenen Bewohnern Ihrer wirklich schönen Wohnung, bleibe ich mit sehr herzlichen Grüßen und den besten Wünschen für die ganze Familie Ihre Ruth von Baumbach (baumbach@ub.fu-berlin.de)

Summary: Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt mit einem schönen Balkon in ruhiger Lage aber trotzdem in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Meer. Wenn etwas fehlt dann ein Sideboard oder so wo man im Flur/ Wohnbereich noch etwas reinstellen kann und eine Stehlampe da die Spots in der Decke Abends doch etwas ungemütlich sind, ist aber auch meckern auf hohem Niveau
