This beautiful ocean home overlooks the beach and coastline between
the points of Calafia and Punta Banda. The private community beach is a 3 minute stroll from our home.
Watch surfers and take in the sun, moon and stars from the 2 decks. Surf and frolic on the beach and toast the stunning sunsets. Use the pool, hot tub, sports court, and kids park. Enjoy cooking in a fully equipped kitchen or sampling local restaurants. Nearby find craft shopping, golf, horseback riding and sand dunes. High speed 5 G microwave WiFi, TV and stereo included. Entry pass accommodates up to 10 people and 2 vehicles. There is a secured nearby external site available for third car. Enjoy our paradise!
Must be 25 to rent.
Community quiet hours after 10 PM. Regulations are strictly enforced. No glass containers outside of house. No fireworks permitted. No renter pets.
Must fill in and submit a rental agreement with names and ages of guests for home. This is used to create an entry pass to get into the community. Those not on the list will not be permitted to enter the community and outside guests are not permitted.

Summary: Everything was just as described for the property. The host was amazing and answered all of our questions promptly. We love Las Gaviotas as it is a gated community and we just feel very safe there. Summary: I can't recommend this property enough. We have been staying at different houses in Las Gaviotas for 10 years plus and this one is a gem. So clean and spacious with everything you could need in the kitchen. Your host is so quick with communication. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom and lounge deck were sublime. 10/10!

Summary: Elizabeth’s spacious and very clean place easily accommodated our family of eight. Communication was effortless and the preparation package was extremely thorough. We had no problem finding our way to Las Gaviotas. We all felt secure staying in the complex. Everyone enjoyed the restaurants that Elizabeth suggested but a nice surprise was eating the delicious tacos they sold poolside. We all loved our stay and highly recommend this place.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The house has a beautiful view and the host is very responsive and attentive. Read a few reviews about security being a little difficult, but our experience with them was lovely, the whole staff was very welcoming and helpful. I loved staying at las Gaviotas and will for sure return.

Summary: Betsy was so responsive and able to help out even in times of uncertainty with the corona virus. The security guards make you feel safe and are helpful with finding transportation. Plenty of room for 10 of us to be comfortable!
