Positive: The house truly was a gem! Large, comfortable rooms, a well-stocked kitchen, beautiful yard, and the view out of our living room windows was amazing! Our stay in Sedona was greatly enhanced because of our choice of this house!

Positive: Very nicely decorated with natural tones and colors. The perfect surfaces were used for a vacation rental, hard wood floors, leather furniture and a large modern wood dining table. A lot of thought was put into accommodating the desires of a vacationing family or group from the front door to the beautiful welcoming back yard that was our favorite gathering spot at the start and end of the day! There were 6 in our group of family and we were most pleased with this Uptown GEM.

Negative: Ok so nothing is perfect and while I provide feedback please keep in mind. We visit Sedona 2-3 times per year for a quick reset and it this property is available this is where we will be! We found several spiders one in the bed minutes after the cleaning lady left (she was still cleaning when we arrived) Because of the size of the live spider and the fact that it was between the sheets we were not sure the bedding had been cleaned. We washed them again just in case. We found spiders in all bedrooms. The 2nd recommendation would be to add TV’s in all bedrooms. There was a TV in the primary bedroom and the living room. The other 3 bedrooms did not have a TV. With young adults gaming is a part of their entertainment so we found ourselves watching them play with no option to go to the bedroom and watch TV.

Summary: Michelle was warm and friendly when we needed to call her and did an amazing job with this property. We could tell that

Positive: We had an amazing stay! This house was perfect for our reunion of college friends. The location was amazing--stunning scenery with views of the red rocks all around the house and walking distance to Uptown Sedona with lots of shops and restaurants. We enjoyed eating breakfast and dinner outside in the lovely backyard. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were plenty of towels and bathroom necessities provided. Bonus--the kitchen had a faucet dedicated for filtered water! We highly recommend this house and hope to have the chance to stay again!

Positive: The location was amazing!!! The pictures posted do not do justice for what you get. The views were exceptional!! Close to everything, and the place had lots of room and was clean.

Negative: Booking had issues with sending check-in instructions. Couldn’t get a hold of owner. But if communications came through booking this would not have been an issue.

Positive: Beautiful home and views. Great location and quite neighborhood. Nice extras such as space heater, soft throw blankets and robes.

Negative: Would have preferred soft footstools since there are only 2 recliners and other couch seating is shallow. Would prefer table with 8 chairs instead of 2 benches. Would prefer room darkening curtains in bedrooms.
