Summary: The location of this property is perfect. Walking distance to everything in downtown Boyne City. The condo is clean, well maintained and comfortable. The woman at the front desk is super friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back next year.

Summary: Property was just as described. View of lake awesome, bed very comfortable. Walking distance to dt Boyne. Only comment is that the fireplace has very little flame. Would be nice to have some cozy blankets on the couch. Fall brings colder weather which is good for snuggling under a soft blanket.
