Summary: Absolutely excellent experience! They are incredibly easy to work with and the property was perfect. Great gathering spaces but offers you your personal space away from the group. We utilized the meeting room and could event present to the group.

Summary: The staff was amazing, very responsive and helpful throughout the process. The property was so beautiful that we were able to bring very minimal decorations to complete our vision. They took care of every little detail down to a custom door code with our wedding date and personalized name plates on each cabin. Our family and friends were blown away by all of the amenities at the property for all ages and they all had a wonderful weekend. Gathering Oaks is the perfect place for an intimate gathering for any event!

Summary: We rented out the whole property for a family reunion/birthday party and it was the perfect place for our large family! Each room was beautiful and we loved having so much space. Everyone at Gathering Oaks was very responsive and ensured we had everything we needed for the weekend. Can't recommend enough!!

Summary: Had a wonderful time!! We were a family of 60 so we rented the whole property. There was plenty to do for everyone. The only complaint we had was the pool side and floors were rough so almost everyone that swam had something scrapped, but maybe it was because it was brand new. Overall a great place to get together, especially if you have a big group:)
