Positive: The location was great but we brought our own breakfast items so I can't comment on how the breakfast was.

Negative: I didn't realize at first that the entire house was upstairs which made it difficult bringing our stuff in and out going up and down the stairs. This is by no means a bad thing, just that I didn't realize that was the layout. I thought some of the rooms were on the first floor.

Summary: All and all it was very nice, and very private which was great.
