Expansive farm-style residence with large solar heated pool and spa set on 2.5 acres. Located approx. 700m to the popular 'Somers General' and Somers beach. Access via private lane, this property is set back from the street for your private enjoyment.

The large farmhouse-style kitchen in the centre of the home is equipped for the chef-at-heart and will easily cater to extended families or friend-groups. Pop up to the chicken coop for some fresh-layed eggs and meander down through the veggie patch for some fresh-picked seasonal produce for your breakfast.

Wander down to the Somers beach for a close encounter with the local dolphins (if you are lucky), then rinse-off in the outdoor shower before choosing a good book and relaxing in the hammock under the shade of the south deck or basking by the pool. Be sure to wander around the garden and look for one of the resident koalas, king parrots or tawny frogmouths too!

Enjoy exploring local vineyards and farm-gates for some of the best of Peninsula produce and enjoy the spoils of your adventure relaxing on the north deck.

Retreat to the 'parent's wing' for some quiet-time while the rest of your party relaxes in their three additional bedrooms in the main house. Come back together for games night, movie night, or a combination of both in the two large living areas.
