Once inside the 1,200 square feet of modern luxury, you might be tempted to enjoy the home’s ambiance and surrounding natural beauty from the indoors. Binoculars and telescope are provided to view sea birds, bald eagles, seals, whales, deer and mountain goats from your picture windows.
The openness and natural light immediately take your breathe away upon entering the front door. The living room, dining room for six, kitchen with bar seating for four all open directly to an expansive yard perfect for grilling on the complimentary BBQ, playing lawn games, or warming by the fire pit. A large wrap around deck with glass railing lets you enjoy obstructed views. While the beach and creek offer serenity at your doorstep.

A well-appointed kitchen includes solid glass backsplash and quartz countertops, stainless steel dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer, microwave, electric solid surface cooktop/oven, and garbage disposal all with a channel and mountain views.

Summary: We had the most relaxing vacation in this beautiful home. It is exactly as pictured with stunning views of the channel. The home has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Lots of wildlife and watching the tide was very interesting. Just far enough away from town to still have easy access to all things in Juneau. Michael was a perfect, helpful host. We were reluctant to leave and hope to return during a different season.

Summary: This was my second stay at this beautiful home. I really cannot express how wonderful the location and amenities are. Imagine hearing a waterfall every time you step outside ir open your bedroom window, seeing mule deer playing in the waters outside your doorstep, watching eagles fly by all day long. This is the place! At one point we saw approximately 15 eagles hanging out on the sandbar early one morning. The location couldn't be more convenient. Right across the bridge is downtown Juneau. But just far enough away that you feel isolated and have a fabulous view of the mountains. I wish this review would allow me to post pics!

Summary: Wife and I treated our daughter and our 10 yr old grandson to an Alaskan trip. The house is perfect for a secluded stay but still close to the Juneau port to take in all the tourist tours and restaurants (6 minute drive). House has been updated and is beautiful. The host is very responsive and attentive to any questions you may have. Highly recommend this place for your Juneau stay.
