Summary: Sunshine Haven was absolutely perfect for me. I had privacy, quiet and everything that I needed. I saw Pat infrequently however when I reached out Pat's response time was immediate. I highly recommend Sunshine Haven and I think it is perfect for one person.

Summary: Pat was a gracious hostess. This was our first visit; I was a bit taken by surprise on arrival to find folks playing in the pool, but figured it out pretty quickly. She didn't know us, and had her daughter, granddaughter and son-in-law over to provide "air cover" just in case we turned out to be something other than promised. And we don't begrudge that one bit. The guest house was clean, well-kept, delightful, in a really nice neighborhood. We'll be back.
