Seaview Villa is a beautifully restored 1890s home away from home, with spectacular views over the Pacific Ocean out across Napier City, Marine Parade, all the way to the famous Cape kidnappers. Summary: We stayed a few days while visiting Napier. Loved the location and the house. It has great views and is close to the core of the city to walk to everything in the core of the city. The house has a great layout for two couples and has everything you need. We loved our stay.

Summary: Absolutely stunning property. Beautifully decorated, clean, well laid out. Perfect for us two couples. It was the little things, like the fire stoked for us, complimentary toiletries for if we forgot something. It was truly just like being at home. Communication for check in was hassle free and really friendly. We even had a personal note and chocolates left for us. Totally recommend this property and we hope to revisit one day soon.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Seaview Villa. Centrally located and within walking distance to Marine Parade and Napier town centre. Well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and great bathrooms. Top of our list of Bookabach accommodation and would highly recommend it.

Summary: A lot of attention has been paid to the furnishings in this lovely accommodation. Very well equipped, it is probably very difficult to better this for a stay in Napier.

Summary: This property is so lovely! Sitting on top of the bluff with views looking out over the sea, it’s a pleasure to wake up here and have coffee on the deck. The kitchen is the most well equipped we’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are good sized and nicely furnished. Easy access to downtown and the water, which has a great walking/biking path that goes for miles. So comfortable you won’t want to leave!

Summary: We had a wonderful experience staying at the Seaview Villa. The house has everything you need, the decor very stylish, the bedrooms comfortable and the view over Napier and the ocean was spectacular. Close to everything in the town and I won't forget the sunrise each morning. Communication with the host was prompt and very helpful. Thank you.

Summary: We can’t say enough good things. The property itself is beautiful and Leyan has decorated it like something you see in a magazine. We couldn’t believe how lucky we were to find something this amazing and during Art Deco Fest.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seaview and only wish we could have stayed longer. The home is lovely—so comfortable and decorated beautifully. The kitchen is well-equipped; we actually cancelled our restaurant reservations and decided to cook in each night and sit on that gorgeous deck to dine and enjoy the view. The owner is wonderful on communications. The location is great - a short walk down to the water and many beautiful sites. And the home is absolutely spotless!
