Positive: Staff were very friendly and hard working. Did all they could to make guests comfortable.

Negative: Nothing to not like. The hotel just reopened on 12 March, my first night. There were a couple of quirks with the way the sockets for the TV and the kettle which I had not realised but were sorted by staff.

Summary: Lovely rooms, staff friendly and welcoming. Best asset the hotel has is warm and friendly staff.

Positive: From start to finish our stay was wonderful . Gorgeous place , tasteful and homely , gorgeous room , comfy bed . Exceptional staff and delicious dinner . Breakfast was lovely . Spa and facilities excellent . A real Gem . Wr will be back in the Mew Year!

Positive: Really nice hotel - lovely room with a view of the sea - comfortable bed with a nice bathroom. The hotel has a relaxed "country house" feel with a great bar and friendly staff. We had a cocktail and then a lovely dinner, with great food, wine and service. Breakfast next morning was excellent - my only very small issue was the coffee could have been better. We stayed one night, as part of a few days driving the Wild Atlantic Way - highly recommended.

Negative: Can't think of anything.

Summary: Really nice hotel - lovely room with a view of the sea - comfortable bed with a nice bathroom.

Positive: Breakfast. Presentation and selection very good However I had an omelette which was burned black on top would have sent it back but for the pleasant friendly server Liked the old world style /the staff /

Negative: The heating in the resturant and public areas was not adequate Make better use of the fire places to create warmth feeling if fires can’t be lit

Summary: Nice people excellent dinner place was cold bedroom clean bed not so comfortable

Positive: Breakfast was delicious,good variety of continental and cooked food(hot and fresh local ingredients) It was all first class Evening meal was 5star such tasty and lovely presented meal. Staff were very friendly and attentive
