Negative: Access to the property could be an issue for those with mobility issues. While not sure this is within the property owners control it should be made clear in any description but isn't. Parking situation also not ideal.

Positive: View of the sea from our windows was amazing! Lovely beach, playground and trails right out the door. Comfortable beds and sofas. Clean. Facilities for everything we needed; washing machine, dishwasher, big screen tvs. Games and books. Great coffee machine! Lots to see and do in the nearby villages of Lossiemouth, Elgin, seals in Port Gordon.

Negative: Fridge was adequate, but could have been a bit bigger since we cooked our own food most days.

Positive: Great house with lovely views. Every need catered for in house.

Negative: The access is difficult. First of all house difficult to locate from directions. Once located no easy parking to unload and thereafter park your car. Location is neither Coal Row or Harbour Street.
