Positive: Everything was as pictured. It was well furnished and designed. Very clean. Close to a great co-op. The maintenance guy was very helpful and friendly. The rooftop deck was outstanding.

Negative: The mini blinds were not operable in the bedroom. The living room blinds came out of the holder and crashed to the floor. Josh put them back up.

Positive: Great restaurants, grocery store (PCC), and transportation nearby. Very modern apartment. Property owner was very responsive in addressing my concerns.

Negative: It is not really a penthouse but the rooftop is easily accessible one flight up.

Summary: I liked it so much I extended my stay. I was amazed a place this nice was available at such a reasonable rate.

Positive: The apartment was nice and roomy with washer & dryer. Very comfortable with good access to public transport and nearby restaurants and supermarket.

Negative: I wouldn't recommend this apartment if you require parking. It's a very backwards system. You have to find a rare street parking site then wait until after 1500 hrs to get Latch system app to load get access to apartment and the garage fob is hanging on wall inside apartment. Once you have sorted that out it is ok. Parking is $10 per night, not that the price was an issue. Just the difficulty of getting the fob when there is no one around to help you.

Positive: For starters I loved the communication between myself and the host. He was very responsive and detailed in regard to check in and check out. I loved the security to get into the building, you needed at app to unlock doors. Being in the city, that was very comforting to have. The apartment itself was very comfortable and spacious. Having the view of the some of the city life was very nice to see early in the morning/late at night. Having a local market and taco shop was the staple to my stay at the place. I hope to come back and stay here another time.

Negative: WiFi was not the strongest suit and it does get pretty loud early in the morning, that city life starts right away.

Summary: The value was definitely worth the stay and experience of being in the city.
