Summary: The property was absolutely amazing and well stocked with kitchen accessories. The management promptly responded to any question we had. We had a group of 40 but with the design of the house you did not feel crowded at all. We would definitely recommend and look forward to another trip here.

Summary: We hosted our five children and their families for a long holiday beach weekend and even had room to invite a few cousins. This house was well equipped to handle our crowd! Perfectly situated on the beach with easy access via a private boardwalk. We all enjoyed the pool, ping pong table, and foosball table when not playing on the beach. The house is lovely and open and so comfortably furnished. We couldn’t ask for more and are looking forward to our next trip. We may even get crazy and invite more family and reserve both sides of this wonderful house!

Summary: All I can say is WOW! This house surpassed any expectations we had! We had 25 people staying in the house ranging from 2-83 and it was perfect. There is so much space and you never feel like you are on top of one another. The rooms (when the doors are shut- are really sound proof). The beds are so comfortable and there is a range of different types of pillows for anyone that is picky. The views of the beach from the master bedrooms are stunning! The amount of fridges, ice makers, dishwashers ovens, and washer/dryers is perfect for a large group of people. The elevator was very nice for anyone on the top floor or for being up and down luggage. The pool area was a perfect spot for us all to relax. By the pool area there is a corner where people have donated gently used beach chairs, pool/ beach toys for kids that is not shown in the pictures. Having the boardwalk was so nice and made it very easy to get down to the beach. The beach was beautiful, private and had a lot of marine life! We caught multiple fish right off the shoreline! This house truly has it all! The VRBO property owners are extremely proactive, responsive and we’re wonderful to work with!

Summary: This property was absolutely ideal for our needs….a total of 37 of us under one roof for the holidays was simply fantastic….. LOTS of space to spread out, cook, swim, spend time on the beach and sleep ever so soundly (the mattresses in this property are THE BEST).
