Positive: Property was beautiful plenty of room for my family. They also had games there to play, bikes to use ping pong we had a good time.

Negative: Carpet is a light color and was dirty coming in to the rental. Also the previous renters left dirty underwear in the closet which we found in the supposed to be clean sheets while looking for a clean pillow case since the sham was dirty. Also the ceiling fan wouldn’t work in the master bedroom and the upstairs isn’t very cool. Management was notified about these issues and said they would send a message to get someone out there but it never happened.

Summary: Nice place but housekeeping needs to make sure they’re cleaning and removing the previous guests dirty things.

Positive: The location being close to everything

Negative: It wasn’t very clean. We vacuumed when we first arrived and had a ton of dirt in the vacuum cleaner. There was no possible way it was vacuumed prior to our arrival. There was fecal matter still visible in the toilet brush in one of the bathrooms when we arrived. There was also staining on our comforter in the yellow bedroom when we arrived that came out when we washed them. Again, it obviously was not washed prior to our arrival.

Summary: Good location, poor cleaning.

Positive: The rooms were beautiful, very comfortable. We all enjoyed ourselves. We also saw some deer and some rabbits out back.

Negative: Didn't like that there were no tvs in the bedrooms. Also that we couldn't find the pool although it rained most of the time.
