Summary: Really enjoyed our stay, the unit was nicely decorated, clean, and great location for us (away from pool). We have been staying at Treasure Island for years, this is one of the nicest units we've stayed in. Thanks to Chase for good communication on one minor issue (hope the puppy lessons are a success!).

Summary: This is the first condo i jave ever rented that threatens a higher cleaning fee for sand on floor and fingerprints on glass. I have never had to strip the sheets and start the washer of towels. The stove top is cracked and the rugs are filthy. The washer and dryer are tiny. Everything else was great. There are some changes that need to be made for me to give it a high rating.

Summary: As a regular visitor of PCB, I have stayed at a few properties (normally on Thomas Drive or near,) and this one is my new favorite! The location was perfect and quiet. Assigned parking spaces were a bonus. This particular unit was amazing!!! It was larger than most, light and airy, and well stocked. It wasn’t overly decorated with things to be worried about breaking. Beds/ sofa were oh so comfy. The balcony was just WOW!!! This will be my new place to stay every time I go.

Summary: Enjoyed the condo, was in a great location that was less busy than other parts of PCB. Quick access from parking garage to condo, elevators were quick, pool was nice. The condo came with two beach chairs already reserved, that was a nice touch. Highly recommend this condo!

Summary: The condo was exactly what I expected and more. It was very roomy to be a 2 bedroom. The view was to die for. Always thought the higher the better but this 3rd floor view was awesome. It was like the ocean was at your finger tips. I would most definitely go back.
