Positive: This was our second stay in this beautiful home. It's centrally located to everything we needed. Close to the beach, and an easy walk to downtown Seaside. The market is a short drive and there are many restaurants in the area. There are many things to do and see in this part of the Oregon Coast. Ecola State Park and Cannon Beach are very close. The house is very comfortable, and the neighborhood is very quiet. There is a full kitchen stocked with all the cooking essentials. Overall, it's a great place to stay. We hope to be back next year!

Negative: The wi-fi disconnected at least 2-3 times an hour. We had to unplug the modem and then re-plug it in. We called and reported it. The only other thing is that the mattress in the master bedroom is very lumpy and uncomfortable.

Summary: Exceptional Seaside home.

Positive: The early morning beach adventures with my dog were perfect! At the quiet end of the beach so doesn't get as crowded. The outdoor shower was super helpful after the beach, and we loved having the option to grill. Super easy walk to aquarium, TONS of cute shops (lots of which have really great prices!!), and places to eat!

Negative: It looks clean at first but make sure you REALLY check stuff! We found dried snot in one of the blankets (after already sleeping with it) as well as a sock in the foot of one of the beds which raises serious concern that they do not wash the bedding... The only other issue was the fireplace. The use for it is very specific as to not damage the TV above (which is just a bad design tbh) but the remote sucks and is so hard to get it to work that sometimes we would stress when we couldn't get the fan element working like the instructions say. Also the ceiling fan in the living room wouldn't work but that's totally okay because the weather was lovely!!

Summary: Beautiful home but needs THOROUGH cleaning between stays!!

Positive: Clean, but it needs a deep clean. There were instructions about how to use things check out instructions, and where things were for example there is an outdoor shower on the side of the house.
