Summary: We rent this house every year for the Wine Walk in November and we love it! It's walkable to everything you want to do in Seaside. Private hot tub is really nice.

Summary: We had a family of 6 stay for the weekend celebrating 2 Birthday's! The house was a great size for us; everyone had their own bedroom (couples) and each bedroom had it's own bathroom, which was a plus! The home is older and a bit "funky", but that's what we liked about it. The location was perfect for us! Walk-able to everything in town and the beach!

Summary: Great communication with the hosts. The house is fun and quirky. There was plenty of space for all of us, we cooked several meals, including a prime rib dinner. We love the location, and took several walks to the downtown and beach area. Overall we had a fantastic stay and made lots of memories.

Summary: We enjoyed having our own space large enough for 4 families. The hot tub was a plus and the location (walking distance from downtown) was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking meals for a large group and the dining room table was perfect for playing games. We'd return without hesitation.

Summary: We had a wonderful time, except for the sewer backed up and we couldn’t use water for about 8 hours. We were in contact with the owners about this. The owners got a plumbing company to fix the problem. The location is within walking distant to the Promenade and the beach. This is a great place for large families. It is very spacious. Thankyou for letting us stay in your place!

Summary: For a location that sleeps as many as it does, you can't beat it. Walking distance of everything. We were there for a wedding and the venue was in walking distance. It's a quirky house that the owners are still working on, but the dining area was our favorite hangout spot. Hubby wants to duplicate it in our home. Thanks for the great communication. To the owners keep your upgrades going, but keep the quirky.
