Positive: Good location for walking into Lyme Regis. Good sized property for a small family to stay in. Very clean, comfortable and well equipped property. Comfortable beds with nice bed linen. Attractive decoration. Lots of local information provided. Plenty of storage for clothes and personal items. Nice “Welcome” pack.

Negative: No bin for recycling waste which we found very odd and not what we are used to. Clarity is needed about the refuse collection arrangements. No washing machine, which would be very useful for a family stay. Plumbing needs some attention. The bath and wet room shower drain very slowly. The bathroom toilet flush needs adjusting. New clothes pegs are needed. Leather sofa isn’t comfortable because the back is too low. Only one front door key and lock is stiff

Summary: We had a most enjoyable stay at Seagull Cottage in a great location.

Negative: We loved everything. Parking provided but only suitable for one large or 2 small cars. Need mirrors in all bedrooms- minor points otherwise perfect!!
