Positive: This was a great lodge that really suited our families needs. Lovely and quiet, with the added bonus of a sea view. We were visiting family in Cromer so it was the ideal location for us.

Negative: If we could suggest anything, it would be to convert the office into an extra toilet/shower. For the amount of bedrooms, it needs it.

Summary: We had a lovely stay at Seacroft lodge and would definitely consider returning in the future.

Negative: The property could do with a bit of TLC in places i.e the conservatory area needs heating and updating. The heating came on at random times and it wouldn't let you adjust it. The pillows could do with replacing.

Negative: On arrival the man at reception greeted me by telling me off. I had pushed in even though I was the only person at the desk! (hello and welcome would have been much nicer) Other members of staff were very friendly and helpful
