Positive: The place is lovely and the hosts are fantastic. Walking distance to both Carolyn Bay (beach with various eateries etc) and Charleston Harbour. Easy driving distance to Eden project and Lost Gardens of Heligan (about 10mins to each) Would happily come back again!

Negative: Would have been nice to have a fan in a bedroom, as it can get hot at nights, however it didn't affect our stay

Positive: Richard and Jackie were really friendly and nice and they provided in that one bed apartment with everything that we could have needed for our stay. Also provided with biscuits, tea, coffee and hot chocolate. The flat was spotless clean and the bedding and towels provided had a nice and fresh laundry linen smell. It is in a very nice and peaceful neighbourhood. The panoramic view that we could see from that lounge was amazing! Perfect view to savour with a cup of tea any time of the day but the best in the dusk or dawn!! Nice local restaurants for breakfast and dinner in 5 mins walking distance and Tesco and Aldi also just 5 minutes drive away! Will try to come back again. Thank you, Richard and Jackie!!

Positive: Hosts are very friendly. The place is an annex built on to the side of their house but it has total privacy and the hosts house is separated enough that you can feel total privacy. Located just a short walk from Charlestown in one direction and Carlyon Bay beach in the other. The place includes a kitchen and bathroom with full facilities. We were able to wash our beach towels and swim suits in the washing machine.

Negative: We found the mattress slightly uncomfortable. A bit too on the soft side, but this can be what other people love to be fair.

Positive: was a lovely little home from home. The tea and coffee and snack box was a nice touch and greatly appreciated after a 7 hour drive !!

Negative: for us, the bed was too soft, However this is a frequent problem for us. :-) Didn't see any free toiletries, despite the listing, which would have just been the icing on a very nice cake.

Positive: The host was waiting for us as i rang to say we were a little early & he allowed us to go into the cottage. He did explain that there were a few goodies inside for us to use (tea coffee sugar milk chocolate biscuits etc…) & to make ourselves at home.

Negative: Nothing, everthing was perfect. No complaints whatsoever😊 even the cat was friendly & came to say hello although wouldnt let my wife stroke him/her😁

Summary: From arriving to leaving we felt comfortable & wouldnt hesitate to book again if accomodation needed
