Positive: A great location. Very comfortable and immaculately clean. It had everything we needed and all nice quality. Loads of space inside and outside with a secure back garden. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay (4 nights). If returning to the area, we would definitely be happy to stay here again.

Negative: The trees and bushes across the road have grown to obscure much of the sea view but still a lovely outlook. Others have mentioned the proximity of the railway track but we didn't find the noise loud, disturbing or that frequent. Sleep not affected and a quiet location overall.

Positive: Great location, spacious and clean, surprisingly quiet given close proximity to railway line.

Negative: Just a niggle off the teenagers regarding the WiFi dropping out however this did not impact on our stay.
