Located in a very popular area, just a 10-minute stroll to Shelley Beach and Portsea Village, Seabird Oasis is the perfect getaway.
This beautifully presented 2 storey home in a secluded cul-de-sac with tennis court, spa, pool, and sunny BBQ/entertainment deck - is the ultimate private oasis. With heating and cooling throughout.
The top story offers a state-of-the-art kitchen (with Nespresso coffee machine & dishwasher) located adjacent to the living room and dining space, leading to a covered outdoor entertaining deck, perfect for those warm summer nights.
The deck is fully equipped with a BBQ, an overhead fan , and a gas heater so that it can be enjoyed all year round.
The main living areas are also north facing and overlooks the tennis court, the inviting solar-heated pool, and the gas-heated spa where you can soak up the sun all day long. The top level also hosts one Main Bedroom, with an ensuite.
The downstairs offers an additional kids space, along with a further four bedrooms, including the second main bedroom with an ensuite. There is also a central bathroom with a second powder room, and laundry room, fully equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful long weekend away at Seabird Oasis. The house is in a great location, close to shops and many beaches. The house was spotless and has been recently renovated. The pool and tennis court was well maintained.The spa heated up fast and went to a lovely hot temp. The solar heated the pool well after a day of sun. All the beds were very comfortable. It was a perfect house for our extended family holiday. They even had books and games for the kids and some basic pantry staples. Plenty of space for everyone.
