Positive: The location was amazing, lovely modern flat with everything you could need. Host was easily reached if you needed anything. There was a basket of welcome goodies left! And Milk in the fridge. Ocean views from every room! Pakefield holds a special place in our family's hearts so the flat just added to that. Would stay again.

Negative: Just the showers can be a bit hit and miss water temperature wise. Nothing major, could be user error on how to figure them out!

Positive: Location was fantastic. Sea views and a short walk along promenade to town/pubs/cafes. Parked car on street and didn’t use it all weekend. Very well appointed apartment perfect for 2 couples as 2 double beds and en-suites. Clean and modern.

Negative: Apartment is above a very popular pub. Quite noisy until pub closed, though didn’t bother us too much. Stairs are very steep going up and might be difficult for some.

Positive: Property was very clean with lovely furnishings. Kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. The addition of two bathrooms was a godsend with two teenagers!! Great location right on the beach which was great for dog walks in both directions. There is an added bonus of delicious stone baked pizzas served in the pub below on Saturdays. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Negative: Maybe a sofa bed / put me up bed for people with families. My two children wouldn't sleep in the double bed together! Lol.

Summary: Very comfortable relaxing stay with a great location to go and explore.

Positive: Unfortunately, we only stayed overnight in this property as it is absolute fantastic. The fixtures and fittings are superb and they have everything you need for your stay. The unbelievable views are an added bonus.

Negative: We didn’t stay long enough!!!
