A 5 minute walk to a 3.5 mile beach, the 2 Bedroom/1 Bath Boathouse is on the second floor above the Garage/Boathouse. Sweeping views of the Exuma Sound and fresh breezes make this a great vacation spot to share with friends.
Fully furnished and complete with: Towels and Linens, Beach Gear, Grill, Screened Porch, Sun Deck, Gourmet Cooking tools for the Full Kitchen (complete with ice-maker!), Shared use of Kayaks and Bicycles. Maps and Guides to local spots.

Take your fishing pole out to the bight and catch your dinner, then bring it back to the fish cleaning station and BBQ an evening of fresh seafood.
