Positive: The staff. Everyone was really nice.

Negative: The room doesn’t have keys and there is an advertisement that you should leave your valuables at the locker in the reception. So, you have to leave your room open and this is not comfortable. Besides that, the fan was dirty and the air conditioning is tooooooo noisy. And, during the morning a lot of light enter in the room.

Positive: Very helpful and accomodating team in reception and the main restaurant. We loved our room: generously sized, nicely decorated, convenient kitchenette corner. The nature pool was fantastic, and it was great to be able to use resort equipment (snorkeling, bikes, etc). The food was very good, we ate well. 🙂

Negative: We loved the location and food in the beach bar, unfortunately the server there was not very good: not especially friendly or quick.
